Panic! Panic!
The Astro is laid out cold on the ground. All of the scriptwriting and photographing screeches to a halt, as everyone gathers around their friend, fellow journalist, and classmate.
The Astro, in the midst of taking their photo, is now out like a light. Their camera lay damaged around them.
What happened? Who did it? Is the Astro okay?
As the Astro is brought to the Wellness Center, the investigation starts!
Here’s all the information we could get you about the case, fellow investigator! Join us to find clues that point to the perpetrator. At the end, vote on who you think did it!

Kynzee was last seen with the victim before the incident at around 10:15 AM. When talking to the investigators, Kynzee had lifted up her laptop, trying to increase her focus on the conversation. Her fingers brushed over some scuff marks.
“I did see them before they were knocked out, but when I left the room to get an interview, they were fine! It was around 10:17, I was heading back when I saw Zayne enter the room. I followed a bit after.”

Zahra wasn’t seen at all before the murder. She had recently gotten into a fight with the Astro over a deadline she had set. The tension between the two of them is palpable.
“I was running late, I tell ya! Trimet’s never on time, so Zahraphobic* of them! So at 10:10, I was just entering the building! I was by the front office and didn’t see anyone. As I was heading to class I heard a muffled ‘thunk’ sound and decided to investigate.”
*Zahraphobia is the act of discriminating against or fearing Zahra Faruqui. This epidemic is especially prevalent in the Benson Community.

Huntington was last seen five minutes before the accident. Huntington claims he was near the office when it went down, sharing that “It was quiet near the office.”
When talking to us, he took a sip from his water bottle which had a fresh dent. When questioned about the origins of the damage, he says he “just dropped it.”

Zayne and the Astro have never really seen eye to eye. All the tension and animosity between them boiled over when they had a discussion on mac and cheese. Specifically, about if elbow or shell is better. He didn’t seem to feel bad for the Astro, and had a part of the damaged camera.
He claims that he “was walking with Huntington when [he] heard a loud sound, and went to check it out.”

Sadly, that’s all we could gather from our suspects. But, thanks to our investigative team, here’s what we know about the crime scene!
- The Astro was softly hit on the head. Don’t worry, we have confirmation that they are okay; just groggy.
- The crime happened around 10:15 AM, based on the screen of when it broke.
- The camera is damaged, frozen in time, with part of the lens cover missing. The crime scene seemed to have been tampered with.
